SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Objection to unsolicited advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. 4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
We currently do not use cookies on our website. In particular, we do not set tracking, analytics or marketing cookies.
Enquiries by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if it has been requested; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The data you send to us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request us to erase it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
5. DORA assessment contact form & other enquiries
If you complete the DORA assessment or contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. first name, last name, email address, company, department, position as well as the content of your enquiry) in order to provide your individual result, process your enquiry and – where you have given the appropriate consent – contact you on topics relating to DORA compliance and our services.
We use a double opt-in procedure to verify your email address; the time and content of your consent are recorded. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation/performance) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). For optional marketing contacts, only Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (revocable consent) applies. Fields marked as mandatory are required in order to provide the result; without this information we cannot process your enquiry.
6. Email delivery
For sending double opt-in confirmations and transactional notifications we use the service Mailjet (Sinch Email) operated by Mailjet SAS / the Sinch Group. As our processor, Mailjet handles your email address, the name you provide, opt-in metadata (timestamp, source, status) as well as the respective email content and technical delivery information to send and log the communication. The legal bases correspond to the grounds set out in Section 5 (Art. 6(1)(b) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Mailjet based on the Data Processing Addendum Version 6.0, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914/EU) and the UK Addendum. The technical and organisational measures described in the DPA (e.g. encryption, access controls, logging, redundancy concepts) ensure an appropriate level of protection. Where processing outside the EU/EEA is required, it takes place exclusively on the basis of the aforementioned safeguards. Further information on Mailjet/Sinch’s data protection standards can be found at https://www.mailjet.com/legal/dpa/ and https://sinch.com/data-protection-agreement/. We will provide you with a copy of the relevant contractual documents upon request.
